Hi, my name is Grace and I’ve been fascinated for many years with how people control their weight and achieve weight loss to get the body they want and more importantly – how they keep it.  I enjoy certain types of exercise, i.e. anything outside the gym and preferably involving animals like taking my dog for walks and activities that don’t make me feel like I’m trying to exercise!

I enjoy the odd unhealthy meal (who doesn’t) and while I can’t do without my morning caffeine hit, I do start the day with a big glass of water before I turn the kettle on!

I’ve put this website together to share a few hints and tips that I’ve always found useful and a few that I’m trying hard to include into my daily routine too!  I’ve been meaning to create this website for a while, but with summer just around the corner, I thought there was no better time than the present to get myself and anyone else who visits this website ready for that warm summer feeling of sunshine on our skin that we all look forward to so much!
